How long does a new boiler installation take?

Most installs are completed in a single day. If we need to move the boiler to a new location or change the system type, it may take 2 days. We'll confirm the timeline on your call.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The price Nathan quotes on the phone is the price you pay. If we find something unexpected during the install, we cover it. No surprises, no add-ons.

What brands do you install?

We're accredited installers for Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, and Viessmann — three of the most reliable boiler brands in the UK. All come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

Someone needs to let us in at the start and be available for final sign off, but you don't need to be there all day. We'll agree access arrangements when you book.

What if my boiler has broken down and I need one urgently?

Call us. We carry stock of the most common models and can often install within 24–48 hours. If you're without heating, let us know and we'll prioritise your job.
